Submersible Mixers (Faggiolati)
Faggiolati company (Italy) ranges the leading European manufacturers of the pump and associated equipment. Despite of extremely high competition in this sphere of market, the Faggiolati equipment is recognized among big consumer companies and has its offices all over the world. The Faggiolati company designs and manufactures electric submersible pumps (from 0,5 kW to 350 kw) made of grey cast iron, marine bronze and stainless steel, and also in special configuration according to the customer's requirements. Special attention is paid to the flameproof equipment (that is certified in the system of flameproof standards ATEX). Moreover, we can supply submersible mixers, aerators, oxygenators, electronic devices and auxiliary equipment for pumping units.

Submersible mixers are used for homogenizing of liquid medium, mixing sludge in sedimentation basins and stabilizers to avoid stagnate areas formation of ice formation on the tank surface.
Mixing zone of one submersible mixer is up to 12 m. The maximum depth of immersion - 6 m.
Guide collar is stocked with all the mixer models by the customer's request.

Versions of submersible mixers assembling in the tank:
1 – the shaft is connected with the impeller shaft with ball-bearing joint and mechanical gasket.
2 – asynchronous motor. The motor case is cooled by the operating medium. The protection class IP 68. The motor can work in constant and periodic modes.
3 – ball-bearing joint
4 – oil bath. The oil cools down and lubricates gaskets and motion parts and prevents water from reaching into the motor case.
5 – lower gasket is made of silicon carbide or viton. The upper gasket is made of graphite.
