Powder Automatic Dispensing Dissolvers PL is used for preparing water solutions from granular powder in automatic mode. A stand-alone control is stocked with the station. The prepared solution dosing pump, feeding pump and dry chemical agent sensor can go in a set optionally.
Polymer station in PL-ХХ version are used for preparing 0,05-0,25% solutions, in PL-ХХM version the station has more powerful mixers in a set, so it's used for preparing solutions with concentration 0,25-0,5%. In the standard version polymer stations are made of stainless steel. They can also be made of steel SS400/SS41, SUS316, polypropene, PVC, F.R.P if required.
Operating principle:
Depending on the concentration required, preset quantity of water and dry chemical agent is supplied to the dissolution chamber. Water is supplied through the automatiс system of shut-off and control valves. Dry chemical agents are supplied automatically from the feeding hopper by the screw doser. Mixers turn on simultaneously at the moment of water supply or beforehand (the time is set on the timer). The level of the solution in the tank is controlled by the level sensors.

We can supply feeding hopper of the Yang Chang company separately. There feeding hoppers can be used as a separate part of the chemical agent dosing equipment in case if you assemble the solution preparation unit unassistedly.
The hopper has a screw-dosing manual control and inspection window for controling the level of the dry chemical agent in the hopper. |
Polymer stations can be made in three variants:

PL1 – XX - single-tank polymer station, operating in semi-automatic mode. Preparation, ripening and dosing of the solution takes place in the same tank.

PL2 – XX - two-tank polymer station, operating in automatic mode. The solution is prepared in the first chamber - the mixing chamber, and ripening and dosing of the solution tanke place in the second chamber - equalization chamber.

PL3 – XX- three-tank polymer station, operating in automatic mode. The solution is prepared in the first tank - mixing tank, the ripening takes place in the second tank - equalization tank, the solution is dosed in the storage tank.
