Suitable for any kind of wastewater whatever the source - domestic, commercial, farmer and etc. Designed for dehydrating sludge with concentration of suspended matters from 2000 mg/l up to 35000 mg/l. The dehydrated sludge humidity is 81% and less depending on the waste water composition. The dehydrator has inbuilt thickening area that makes it unnecessary to install additional thickening equipment (sludge thickener) and allows to dehydrate sludge with low concentration of suspended matters (from 2000 mg/l). The design of the dewatering unit prevents clogging and thus reduces the amount of wash water The dehydrator doesn't have high-rate and high-speed blocks, that testifies the reliability of the equipment. The dehydrator has low noise and vibration level. The equipment consumes much less energy and water then any other dehydration systems. Small size and weight of the screw dehydrator allow to install this equipment at water treating plants compactly. Automatic operating mode, hence no need for regular operator attendance.
