Operating principle: In the vents of the rotor that is placed inside the cylinder eccentrically, the flexible vanes are attached. Affected by the centrifugal force, they are forced against the cylinder sides, separating the clearance space into several parts. The air is supplied to the chamber through the inlet duct. The volume of the chamber dicreases near the output duct, the supplied air is firmed and outthrusted.
